The Perfect Timing for Jaipur

Before diving into my itinerary, let’s talk about timing. To make the most of your day in Jaipur, plan your visit during the winter months, from October to March. The weather is pleasant, ideal for exploring outdoor attractions without the scorching heat. Plus, you might catch the city adorned in festive colors during Diwali or the Kite Festival, adding an extra charm to your adventure.

Getting There: My Journey Begins

I started my journey to Jaipur from Delhi, opting for a comfortable train ride to Jaipur Junction. The Shatabdi Express provided a smooth and scenic journey, allowing me to reach Jaipur refreshed and ready to explore.

1. Amer Fort: My day kicked off with a visit to the magnificent Amer Fort, a regal masterpiece perched atop a hill. The intricate mirror work in the Sheesh Mahal left me spellbound, and I highly recommend catching the mesmerizing light and sound show for a dose of history.
